No prior experience is necessary for most of our tours. Both our city and archipelago kayaking tours and our hiking tours are beginner-friendly. Our guides will provide a safety briefing, instructions, and support to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Please be on time, as we need to respect the schedule of other guests. If you are late, we will wait for a few minutes, but we may need to start the activity as planned to keep the schedule. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given to latecomers.
Archipiélago Kayak
We do not have dedicated storage for larger luggage (such as suitcases). You can take smaller backpacks (daypacks) into the kayak's dry compartment.

City Kayaking:
You can store belongings at the kayak station, but we do not take responsibility for the luggage itself. Please bring valuables into the kayak (dry compartment or dry bag).
We provide all necessary gear for our guided outdoor activities. For multi-day trips, we also provide the necessary camping equipment. You just need to show up with suitable clothing.
Public car parking is available at all starting points. Please note that you will need to pay for parking yourself, and it's recommended to download a parking/payment app, such as EasyPark, in advance.
We monitor the weather closely, and tours are designed to proceed safely in a variety of conditions. Rain isn't considered bad weather for us, and tours will not be canceled because of it. However, we will cancel or reschedule in the case of strong winds that make kayaking unsafe, or occasionally when hiking in the forest. In the rare case of extreme weather, if it's unsafe to continue, we may offer a refund or reschedule your tour.
Yes, many of our tours are family-friendly, but it depends on the specific activity. For kayak tours, children aged 12 and older are welcome, but check the specific tour details for any age restrictions. Private tours, however, have no age restrictions, allowing families with younger children to join.
