Stockholm Nature runs guided kayak, hiking, and biking tours in and around Stockholm. We work in small teams and focus on creating relaxed, well run outdoor experiences for our guests. For the 2026 season, we are looking for guides. Roles can be combined depending on experience and availability.What we provide

As a kayak guide, you lead guests through Stockholm’s waterways, both in the city and in the archipelago. Tours range from shorter city paddles to multi day kayaking trips with camping.
Your role
- Lead and manage tours independently
- Ensure guest safety at all times
- Share local knowledge and stories along the way
- Assess weather before and during tours
We are looking for
- Individuals with previous kayaking experience
- Team players who are friendly, outgoing
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

As a hiking guide, you lead small groups on nature hikes near Stockholm. Tours focus on relaxed pacing, time outdoors, and sharing knowledge about the local environment and Swedish outdoor culture.
Your role
- Lead and manage hiking tours independently
- Ensure guest safety
- Share insights about nature, landscapes, and local life
- Prepare campfire lunch meals directly in nature
- Check on a daily basis weather conditions and fire ban restrictions

Season
- March to September, with the possibility of extended or year round work
As a biking guide, you lead small groups on cycling tours in and around Stockholm. Tours focus on relaxed pacing, safe riding, and sharing insights about the city, local history, and everyday life along the route. The role runs mainly during the warmer months and can be combined with hiking or kayaking depending on experience and availability.
Your role
- Lead and manage biking tours independently
- Ensure guest safety throughout the tour
- Share fun facts, stories, and local insights during the tour
- Prepare and check bikes before each tour
- Monitor weather conditions and adapt routes when needed
We are looking for
- Good cycling skills and confidence riding in urban environments
- An interest in local history, culture, and city life
- A friendly, calm, and responsible personality
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Residence in Stockholm with a Swedish personal number
- Availability on a part time, flexible, or on call basis
Season
- April to October, with the possibility of other guiding work during winter
