As a kayak guide, you lead guests through the waterways of Stockholm city or the islands of the archipelago, offering a unique perspective from the water. Tours range from shorter city paddles to multi day kayaking trips with camping, creating memorable adventures for our guests.
Your Role:

- Share insights and stories that enrich the experience
- Check on weather conditions
We're Looking For:
- Individuals with previous kayaking experience
- Strong swimmers with a friendly and outgoing nature
- Fluent English speakers (other languages are a benefical)
- May to September, with the possibility of an all year position
As a hiking guide, you lead international guests through the countryside surrounding Stockholm. You will guide small groups on nature hikes while sharing insights into local flora and fauna, as well as Swedish culture, offering an escape from busy city life.
Your Role:
- Lead and manage tours yourself
- Ensure guests safety
- Share insights and stories that enrich the experience
- Prepare campfire lunch meals directly in nature
- Check on a daily basis weather conditions and fire ban restrictions

- Team players who are friendly, outgoing
- Fluent English speakers (other languages are a beneficial)
- Residents of Stockholm (Swedish Person Number required)
Seasonal Position:
- April to September, with the possibility of an all year position
Join our team as a biking guide and help guests explore Stockholm and its scenic surroundings on two wheels. You will lead small group cycling tours and share knowledge of local culture, history, and landmark sights along the way. This role runs from April until October. If you also have an interest in other outdoor activities, the role can be combined with our other experiences such as hiking or kayaking.
Your Role:
- Lead and manage tours yourself
- Ensure guest safety
- Share fun facts, stories, and local insights during the tour
- Check and prepare bikes before each tour
- Monitor daily weather conditions and adapt the route if needed
We're Looking For:
- People with a passion for cycling, history and architecture
- Team players who are friendly and outgoing
- Fluent English speakers (other languages are a beneficial)
- Residents of Stockholm (Swedish Person Number required)
- Available part-time (flexible or on-call basis, e.g. 1–2 times per week)
