We hire guides for small-group outdoor experiences in and around Stockholm. We are a small, hands-on team where everyone plays an important part in creating great experiences for our guests. The work is active, social, and varied, with every day bringing something different.

Lead winter ice skating experiences in Stockholm's city center or, when conditions allow, out in the archipelago and on nearby lakes.

Lead guests through Stockholm's waterways in both the city and the archipelago, from shorter urban paddles to full-day and multi-day summer adventures.

Lead small-group bike tours in and around Stockholm, combining relaxed riding with stories about the city, local history, and everyday life.

Experience:- Fluent English required.

Season:- April to October.
Our main guiding season runs from May until September, with the busiest period being June, July, and August. There are also some guiding opportunities outside the main season, including winter kayaking, hiking and other seasonal activities.
Previous guiding experience helps, but it is not the only thing that matters. What matters most is good communication, confidence outdoors, awareness of our guests, and the right attitude to make every experience special.
A good level of spoken English is required, as English is the main language we use to communicate with our guests. Other languages, especially German and French, are a strong advantage but are not required.
Guide work is active and our high season can be physically demanding. Depending on the role, your days may involve hiking, kayaking, cycling, carrying gear.. If you enjoy being active, feel comfortable outdoors, you’ll enjoy the job.
